Why Can't I See Vaccines?
Why can't I see vaccines or other pharmaceuticals?
A few reasons might be:
- Check if you are logged into your account. You can check by looking at the top right side of the screen, if it has your details there with a "Welcome Back" message, you are logged in
- If you are logged in and can't see them, your account has not been set up to view restricted items. You will need to email sales@iconmedical.com.au with your medical registration details so your account can be set up to view these items
- If you're still having issues viewing restricted items after the first two steps, you will need to contact our office on 1300 49 99 99 for support
